There is an error message in My Purchase Orders - Due for Delivery app while creating outbound delivery for intercompany stock transfer order: LE_SHP_VL / 022.

Customizing for Enable Value Chain Monitoring for Purchase Orders is possibly not correct in the system. 

Configuration maintained as adv. IC STO process should be checked. Document type must be consistent with other configuration steps (usually document type CBIC is used). Configuration activity: 105633 - Enable Value Chain Management for Purchase Order.
