3413153 - Outbound delivery cannot be created due to Error LE_SHP_VL022 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In Business Scenario "Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer", when creating an outbound delivery with STO in "My Purchase Orders - Due for Delivery" (VL10B) app, an error "LE_SHP_VL022" is encountered.

Value chains are disabled for the Purchase Order Type "NBIC" by pre-delivered configurations. The pre-delivered configurations must be enabled by activating value chains for Purchase Order Type "NBIC".

If the Scope Item "Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer (5HP)" is not activated:

Open a SAP Support ticket under component XX-S4C-OPR-SRV to request the activation for Scope Item 5HP.

If the Scope Item "Advanced Intercompany Stock Transfer (5HP)" is activated:

Navigate to SSCUI 105633 - Enable Value Chain Management for Purchase Orders and maintain an entry with the configuration below:

• Type: NBIC
• Doc.Type Descript: IC SiT STO
• Value Chain Type adv. IC Stock Transfer: ICO_STOCKTRANSFER
