3413156 - Exception CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL is raised once a remote hierarchy is used in a BW query

Symptom

The following exception is raised when running a BW query which uses a remote hierarchy (f.e. hierarchies based on infoobject /ERP/COSTCNTR, /ERP/GL_ACCT, /ERP/COSTELMT, etc.):

An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL was raised, but was not handled locally or declared in a RAISING clause.
