3413175 - Org Units not Available When Trying to Assign Them to a Master Template

You are trying to Assign an Org Unit into a Master Template, however, the system is showing only the Companies. Org Units that are not marked as Company are not available.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to the Application and User Management work center.
2. And then Master Template Maintenance view.
3. Select Default Form Master Template.
4. Click Assign.
5. Click Add Row.
6. Click the Value Help for the field Company/Org Unit.
7. It appears only the companies.

This scenario is occurring because the scoping element related to the Sales Order is not scoped in the system.

Please scope the Sales Order element by following steps below:

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Then go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Select a Project.
4. Click Edit Project Scope.
5. Go to the Scoping step.
6. Expand: Sales and then Selling Products and Services.
7. Select the scoping element named as Sales Order.

Note: If the system is already live and there is no project available, you would need to create a new Change Project in order to edit the tenant's scoping.
