Symptom
While approving/rejecting a task in Task Center app (integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud), the user gets the error message "Sorry, a technical error occurred! Please try again later".

Please, check the following prerequisites:
- You have a business user with a business role that contains the SAP_CORE_BC_COM (Communication Management) and SAP_CORE_BC_BPM_OINB business catalogs.
- You have set up My Inbox. For more information, see My Inbox.
- You have set up a Task Center instance on the SAP Business Technology Platform. For more information, see Initial Setup.
