Symptom
In 'Billing Plan' assignment block of a service contract item, the following columns are empty:
- Settlement Start Date
- Settlement End Date
- Billing Date
- Time Zone
Environment
- Service Management (CRM)
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition All versions
Resolution
- Logon with the business role 'SAP_BR_CUSTOMER_SRVC_MGR' assigned.
- Open app Manage Service Contract and select the service contract.
- Click on the “Edit” button for the service contract item with issue.
- Go to “Billing” assignment block.
- Choose any option for “Payment Method” (or “Billing Block Reason”) field, don’t save.
- Go to “Billing Plan” assignment block to check values in the empty columns are displayed now.
- Set the “Payment Method” (or “Billing Block Reason”) value back to the original one.
- Save the service contract.
- All changes are recorded and displayed in the Change History assignment block; you may find that values of the following fields are redetermined:
- Gross Value in Service Contract Item Details assignment block: Gross Value equals to the sum of gross value of all billing request lines.
- Tax Amount in Service Contract Item Details assignment block: Tax Amount equals to the sum of tax amount of all billing request lines.
- Tax Departure Country.
- Departure Region.
