3413325 - Error Received when Importing specific Quiz or Audit related standard LMS reports without changing the report name

• Admin is unable to import below out-of-box report design files without changing report name due to java error
  - User Quiz Data (CSV)
  - Item Summary Data Audit Report
  - User Custom Field Data Audit CSV
  - User Summary Data Audit CSV

1. Log into LMS > Reports > Find Item Summary Data Audit Report > Export one of the mentioned report design file.
2. Navigate to Reports > Import > Import the report design file. Do not change the report name, keep it the same as the system report name.
3. Error message is received.

The primary ids for the Quiz and Audit related reports in the PS_WORKFLOW_ENTITY_FCT database are incorrect.

Need to execute two one-time scripts in the customer's LMS tenants to correct the data. Please file a ticket to SAP Support with component LOD-SF-LMS-SER.
