3413327 - After Changing Hostname of Communication System, Outbound Messages still Sent to Previous Hostname

Outbound message still go to old hostname URL of the communication system, although hostname URL changed for the communication system.

Cloud for Customer

1. Create communication system with hostname URL xxx.com;

2. Create communication arrangements accordingly;

3. Change the hostname of the communication system into yyy.com;

4. Check the actual outbound message, still go to old hostname URL xxx.com.

It is not recommended to change hostname in the communication system when communication arrangements were already there. 

Delete and recreate those communication arrangements.
