The investment profile can be changed/deleted for an enterprise project which is moved to the 'Released' state.

Cause
The investment profile can be changed if no costs are associated with the AuC.
Resolution
As long as there no costs associated with the AuC the investment profile can be deleted. If there are costs associated with AuC then it is not possible to delete the investment profile.
