3413551 - Calling Cloud Integration flow endpoint deployed in AWS landscape fails with HTTP 503/500

Symptom

Sending messages to Cloud Integration flow endpoint deployed on a CI tenant located in region where AWS is the infrastructure provider

The call fails first with HTTP 503 , with notice that "reduce your request rate".

"error_message" : "Please reduce your request rate. (Service: S3, Status Code: 503, Request ID: XXXXX, Extended Request ID: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)" }

Then in case the same amount of requests are sent to CPI, calls start to fail with HTTP 500 code, with error "Streamingly upload inputStream to AWS S3 object store failed."

{ "response" : "Error in processing in CPI", "response_code" : 500, "message_type" : "XXXX XXX XXXX", "delivery_number" : "", "business_partner": "", "error_message" : "Streamingly upload inputStream to AWS S3 object store failed." }

Note: this issue may not happen again until there is no increase in the number of requests sent to CI endpoint.
