3413597 - Working Day Calendar does not Appear in the Working Day Calendar Activity

You are working with working day calendars (either to change a holiday calendar assignment, or to change the working days of a certain calendar), however you cannot find the specific calendar in the Working Day Calendar activity in Business Configuration

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Enter the Overview view.
3. Search for the activity Working Day Calendar.
4. Select the activity and click on Change Immediately.
5. Click on Maintain an Existing Working Day Calendar.

In a new screen, the system will display the list of calendars of the system. However you are not able to locate the desired entry.

The calendar you are trying to locate is an SAP standard calendar. Since these calendars cannot be modified, they do not appear in the working day calendar activity.

This is the expected system behavior.

If you need to change the working days or the calendar assignment, you will need to create a custom working day calendar, which will be available in the business configuration activity to be modified.
