3413611 - Discrepancy in Employee Status of Onboardees - Onboarding

The user is initiated via API and are found in the Integration Center but the profile is not created in Employee Central. 

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

The candidates are not attending all the Onboarding criteria to conversion. 

The candidates were created as active in the integration. However, for a candidate to be converted from Onboarding to EC, it is necessary:

• All Onboarding steps must be concluded
• The job needs to be configured for conversion
• On the start date, the job will run for conversion
• The hire date should be before the start date
• The process status needs to be 'open' at the time the job runs.
