In Talent Intelligence Hub, there is no delete option to remove Attributes.
Mass import to delete these Attributes is also not possible

Reproducing the Issue
Manage Talent Intelligence Hub> Select Attribute > no delete or remove options available
Resolution
You can no longer delete any entities from the Attributes Library in Talent Intelligence Hub. The Delete action is now removed from the Attributes, Attribute Types, Tags, and Behaviors pages.
You can instead use the existing Inactive action to mark the entities as inactive. Inactive entities can't be used across the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite.
Manage Talent Intelligence Hub > Select Attribute > Click Change Status
Currently, there is no plan to allow deletes in talent Intelligence Hub. The reason for this is that those attributes could have been used by other modules on forms, goals etc. deleting them from TIH will cause issue.
