• Unable to anonymize disqualified applications for anonymized candidates.
• Getting an error: The candidate ID you entered is for a candidate whose profile is not yet anonymized.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Anonymize Candidate Profiles.
2. Enter the Candidate ID in the "Anonymize Disqualified Applications for Anonymized Candidates" option.
3. A message is displayed "If the ID you entered matches a candidate whose profile is already anonymized, the system will permanently remove the personally identifiable information from their disqualified applications. Candidate ID 1234. Do you want to continue?"
4. Click Yes.
5. A message is displayed "The Candidate ID you entered is for a candidate whose profile is not yet anonymized. Enter the candidate's name in the Anonymize Candidate Profiles and Applications option, above. If that returns no match, run an anonymization job to anonymize the candidate."
6. Try to enter the candidate's name in the "Anonymize Candidate Profiles and Applications" option but the candidate is not found.

1. RCM Entity Anonymization job hasn't run yet.
2. RCM Entity Anonymization job is not scheduled at the provisioning.

The RCM Entity Anonymization job should be scheduled at provisioning to run at least once daily. Please wait for the job to complete.

Once the RCM Entity Anonymization job runs, the candidate is fully anonymized and you will be able to use the second option "Anonymize Disqualified Applications for Anonymized Candidates".
