3413847 - Error While Accessing Reports in Application and User Management Work Center in Customer Language

500 SAP internal error occurred when trying to access reports in the customer language in application and user management work center.

SAP Business ByDesign 

1. Login to System with "Customer" language.
2. Go to Application and User Management work center.  
3. Go to Reports-List View
4. Open Any report
5. Error detected " 500 SAP Internal server."

This issue usually appears when you leave the ByD system tab open and do nothing for longer than thirty minutes.

This is an expected system behavior.

You can try logging in again, working more quickly this time, and see if this happens again.
