Is it possible to prevent Internal candidates from searching the jobs in the same company's external career site or prevent from applying?

At present there are no ways to prevent the Internal candidates from searching the jobs or applying to the jobs in the same company's external career portal.

If you are using Recruiting Marketing, an option for Employee Login can be added where they can apply for the Internal jobs.

As a workaround you can choose to have additional fields in the job application so that an Internal candidate details can be collected to confirm if the candidate applied belongs to the same organisation and choose to perform the required actions to proceed with the candidate's job application.
