3413940 - Using BAPI_PRODORD_CREATE to create production orders with past basic dates and various scheduling types

Symptom

Scenario 1)

You are able to create production orders which have basic dates in the past and with scheduling type "Only capacity requirements". However you are not able to do so by using BAPI BAPI_PRODORD_CREATE, in case of using BAPI, production orders are created with scheduling type "Forwards" and basic start date is set to today by system though you have input past dates as basic dates in the BAPI. 


Scenario 2)

You want to create production orders which have basic dates in the past and with scheduling type “Forwards” or “Backwards”.
