3413945 - PO can be updated in ME22N but not with BAPI_PO_CHANGE - SAP ERP & SAP S/4 HANA

Different system behaviors are observed when attempting to delete a Purchase Order item by setting its quantity to zero:

• In ME22N it is possible to set deletion indicator (EKPO-LOEKZ) and quantity (EKPO-MENGE) to 0 and save the PO.
• In BAPI_PO_CHANGE when trying to do this in the same PO line, PO cannot be saved due to error MEPO043 - "Please enter an order quantity"
