3414082 - It is not possible to delay New Hire Task creation based on Start Date - Onboarding

Does the Onboarding system allow the New Hire Tasks to be created and triggered only a certain amount of days before the start date of a candidate?

Currently, the New Hire Tasks are triggered based on the configured Process Variant.

For example: after the 'Review New Recruit Data' step is completed, the 'New Recruit tasks' will be created. Unfortunately, we cannot delay this process. However, we do have control over the due date for these tasks, which can be adjusted based in the guide below
