3414270 - How to create new accounts with a specific profile.locale (e.g. "de") when loading accounts.getScreenSet with lang parameter set to that locale (e.g. "lang=de")

Symptom

  • When CDC screen-set (via accounts.getScreenSet API) is loaded with parameter such as "lang=de" for account registration, a new account is created with profile.locale set to "en".
  • Need to create new accounts with profile.locale set to "de" when loading accounts.getScreenSet with parameter "lang=de".
