3414467 - Acct. Assignment Cat. is not mandatory in /SCWM/ADGI and causes hanging queues in /SMQ2

Symptom

During consumption posting in transaction /SCWM/ADGI, acct. assignment object & acct. assignment category (fields P_ACCOBJ & P_ACCCAT) are not mandatory fields.
After the posting, EWMSGM* queues get stuck in SMQ2 due to missing account with error below:

"Account &1 requires an assignment to a CO object
Message No. KI235"
