3414559 - Cards on homepage only displays candidate last name - Onboarding

The candidate first name is not being shown in the "Manager Activities" tile for the hiring manager. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in in the instance
2. proxy as the hiring manager
3. Under "For you Today" locate the tile "E-Sign Documents"
4. Notice that only surname of the new hire is displayed

When the functionality 'General Display Name' is enable, the system will evaluate the fields configured in Manage Data > Name Format > Prefered Name to define the name that will be displayed in the cards.

If 'Last Name' is configured under this option, and the another fields was not informed for the candidate, only the last name will be shown.

1. In 'Company Logo and Settings' check if the option 'General Display Name' is enable
2. Go to Manage Data > Name Format > Prefered Name and check the list of fields that are configured for Prefered Name
3. Check if the candidate informed all configured fields: 
   • For candidates initiated manually
     • Go to BPE > Filter by the candidate informing the candidate data in variable (You can search for 'onboardingProcessId', 'fullName', 'userId', for example.)
     • Find the _START_SIGNAL > copy the value and paste in a notepad > check the fields passed 
   • For candidates initiated via RCM
     • Run a Suite Integration Test (This option will only be available for Partner and Support Engineers. If you are a customer you can check the information filled in Recruiting, talk with your partner or raise a ticket to Support team check after check the previous steps)

If the data is empty you need to inform the data for the candidate ou adjust your configurations.
