3414562 - User is not authorized to schedule an Application Job Template or the Template is not visible in the target system

Symptom

The creation of a job template follows the same technical rules as a Job Catalog Entry as described in Creating the Job Catalog Entry. After its successful creation in the Development System, it is transported to the Test system.

However, it is not possible to locate the Job Template in the same manner as in the Development system.

When attempting to schedule the template, the CBUser encounters the error 'User <User Name> is not authorized,' even though all necessary authorizations have been granted.
