External user dynamic group not updating after candidate reaches Onboarding dashboard.

Cause 1 - Data not provide beforehand (example: location)

Cause 2 - Extend By N Days not provided

Scenario 1 - The logic to add user to Dynamic group is either sending data from RCM or Submitting New Hire Data Review.

The candidates initiated manually will not work if New Hire Data Review is not submitted, hence the dynamic group will not update. 

Note: Provide additional data when initiate Onboarding manually also works.

Scenario 2 - Provide Extend By N Days under:

1. Manage Business configurations
2. Filters
3. Dynamic Group Filters > your filter > Details
