User search results order by First name instead of last name

1. Click on Learning Administration
2. Click on People > Users
3. In the USERID filters choose the value: Start with and then insert "15"
4. Click on Search

• The sorting of the username is by default hardcoded to show Lname/Fname.
• However when General Display Name is enabled and the user has a General Display Name value, the system will show that first.

Some users will sort based on the General Display Name value populated while others do not have a value so they will sort according to the default (Lname/Fname)
