Offer Letter history portlet section not visible in the Latest Applicant Workbench.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
- Login into the instance.
- Go to Job req >Candidate workbench >Open the candidate's application in Latest Applicant Workbench.
- See Correspondence and Offers both in Latest Applicant Workbench and also in Legacy workbench.
- In Latest Applicant workbench the offer letter portlet is not visible. Switching to legacy workbench the portlet is visible;
Cause
This is a configuration issue.
Resolution
As described in this article 3354548-Offer Letter Portlet visible after removing the permission the legacy candidate workbench displays the portlet if no XML permission is granted. However, the new application workbench will rely on the XML permission.
If no user is granted access to the offer letter portlet, it will not be displayed in the new workbench.
