The font size of the sales quote preview displays larger text even when the font size is maintained at 10px for certain records.
Environment
SAP Cloud For Customer
SAP Business ByDesign
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales Workcenter
- Go to Sales Quote view
- Search for Quote ID: ABC
- Select the record and choose Preview
Observe the form displayed shows the font size larger than 10 px.
Cause
The existing text was created with a larger font size when the document was released, and the font size was apparently adjusted to 10px after the existing text was created.
Resolution
The font size can be verified by just selecting the text, and the UI will display the corresponding size of the text.
Set the font size to the desired size, then save and preview the document. This should work as intended.
Note: This would be specific for texts using Text Editor.
