Can't add a concurrent employee on the same day as terminating and rehiring as we get error: Please make sure that the start date is not before the hire date

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Concurrent Employment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - New Hire/Rehire

1. Add a hire followed by a Concurrent employment.
2. Terminate both employments on the same date.
3. Rehire both employments on same date.
4. Try to add a new Concurrent employment on or after the hire date.
5. Getting the error "Please make sure that the start date is not before the hire date."

• Engineering team is currently investigating the issue. This KBA will be updated once there are further updates.

Workaround: Manually set the Effective Start Date of the secondary assignment same as the rehire date in Admin center-> Manage Data -> Secondary Assignment -> Affected UserID. Once it's updated, you should be able to avoid this validation and add Concurrent Employment.
