3415027 - Navigation issues in Portfolio and Project Management Fiori apps

Symptom

You access a PPM Fiori app in the Fiori launchpad (e.g. you access the Portfolio Items dashboard by clicking on app "Portfolio Items"). You then attempt to carry out some further navigation or action (e.g. open a Portfolio Item or create a new Portfolio Item). You encounter one of the following navigation errors:

  • you reach the logon screen for the PPM backend system.
  • you reach a blank screen or a screen with a navigation error message. You may notice that the relevant URL is not correct (e.g. the client is wrong).
  • the target screen (e.g. in this example the Portfolio Item screen) opens OK, but all fields are initial and error message "Object has already been deleted" is displayed.
