3415027 - Navigation issues in Portfolio and Project Management Fiori apps

Symptom

Accessing a PPM Fiori app from the Fiori launchpad (e.g. the Portfolio Items dashboard via the "Portfolio Items" app) and then attempting further navigation or actions (e.g. opening a Portfolio Item or creating a new Portfolio Item) can lead to one of the following navigation errors:

  • The logon screen for the PPM backend system is displayed.
  • A blank screen or a screen with a navigation error message is displayed, the relevant URL may be incorrect (e.g. the client is wrong).
  • the target screen (e.g. in this example the Portfolio Item screen) opens OK, but all fields are initial and error message "Object has already been deleted" is displayed.
