3415051 - Wrong Hiring Manager when creating Job Requisition from Position Org Chart - Recruiting Management

When creating a job requisition from Position Org Chart, the previous Hiring Manager is being assigned to the requisition, instead of the currently assigned manager of the position.

The Field Mapping Rule is using the Get Next Available Manager by Position() function, and the As Of Date is set to be Position.Effective Start Date.

When taking the Effective Start Date of the Position, it will take the value of reference what was configured on that day. For example: the effective start date is December 1st, 2022. Then, in March the manager got changed. The position's effective start date will remain the same, so the rule will take the manager from December 1st, 2022 instead of the manager that is now assigned in March.

To overcome that, the best way to achieve it would be to use the Today() value instead, to make sure that it will take the current value as the Hiring Manager.
