3415097 - Screen variant created in Upload Lockbox Files app doesn't work in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

When a lockbox file is imported by selecting the screen variant in the GUI app Upload Lockbox Files, it always results with the message "List does not contain any data".

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental." 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the app Upload Lockbox Files.
  2. Click on Get Variant(Shift+F5).
  3. Select the variant.
  4. Import the lockbox file from your system.
  5. Execute.

Cause

Screen variant functionality is not supported in SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Resolution

For manual upload of lockbox files, the parameters can be manually provided in the GUI app Upload Lockbox Files or use Manage Incoming Payment Files app.
