Symptom

After deploying an OAuth2 Client Authorization Code for DocuSign in the 'Security Material' section of your Cloud Integration tenant - 

  • The status of the OAuth2 Client Authorization code is showing as Unauthorized
  • When you select the 'Authorize' action for this entry, the status remains Unauthorized
