3415171 - IBP: Inventory Operator fails when run on a non-Baseline version with the error 'Procedure GETPLOBJID not found for PA'.

When trying to run any of the Inventory Operators on a version other than Baseline, the operator fails and the error is:

- Procedure GETPLOBJID not found for PA PLANAREA version VERSION PL PLANLEVEL

NOTE: PLANAREA, VERSION and PLANLEVEL will be unique to your customer system
