3415172 - The External User Welcome Message Was Not Sent After Initiating The Onboarding In Recruiting - Onboarding

Symptom

The External User Welcome Message is not sent to the candidate in the Recruiting process.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting;
  2. Move the candidate to Onboarding step;
  3. Initiate Onboarding;
  4. The Welcome Message is not triggered.

Resolution

The External User Welcome Message is not sent to the candidate in the Recruitment stage of the process. 

The Notification is sent after the candidate completes the New Hire Data Review step, in Onboarding process.
