3415175 - Task: premature "mandatory fields" error message appears when completing the first field in a list of fields

We have a task with mandatory fields, which throws a "mandatory fields" error message when completing the first field in a list of fields on a form.  The error should only occur when I try to hit "done" when I have a list of mandatory fields that haven't been completed on a task. Below are the scenarios for replication:

Test 1 => complete task 1, then do task 2, then do task 3.  My assumption is that you will not get any errors on the first task, but you will get errors on task 2 and task 3.
Test 2 => complete task 1, then close the window.  Open back up and complete task 2, then do task 3.  My assumption is that you won't get the errors on task 1 or 2, but you will on 3.
Test 3 => complete task 1, then close the window.  Open back up and complete task 2, then close the window.  Open back up and complete task 3.  My assumption is that you won't experience any errors.
