A new form that was included in the rule to trigger Onboarding forms is not appearing to the candidate.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
Cause
The candidate is still on the compliance forms step.
Resolution
In the Process Variant the document flow is configured to start after the Compliance Forms.
So, when the candidate finished the compliance forms the documents will be triggered.
