3415248 - Login Issues with SSO URL

When you are trying to login via SSO system shows popup message to select a certificate ,but after selecting the certificate logon gets interrupted.

• SAP Cloud for Customer
• SAP Business ByDesign

1. Open SSO URL (Example - https://myxxxxx-sso.crm.ondemand.com )
2. You will get popup message for Certificate selection
3. Enter the Credentials
4. SSO aborted 

The cause for this issue is with the IDP metadata & signature validation of the certificate.

You will get SSO issues when the Identity provider(IDP) is not properly configured.

Kindly contact your Identity provider(IDP) & ask them to provide a valid certificate as the current certificate is either expired or not valid.
