3415251 - Error: "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Malformed \uxxxx encoding" when trying to start DP Agent configuration tool - SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

• DP agent installed in Windows couldn't be started successfully from Windows services with error: "Windows could not start the DPagent_servicename. For more information, review the system Event log"
• Start agentcli.bat with error： "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Malformed \uxxxx encoding"
• From commonsdeamon.log file, see error below
