There is no general tab for purchase request after clicking 'View All' button for the document

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to Purchase Requests view.
3. Open several purchase requests and click on View All.
4. Some of them have General tab, some of them don't. 

When the purchase request is created manually, there will be General tab displayed for the document on OIF screen.

When the purchase request is created from other methods, like from materials requirements planning (MRP) with To-stock type, from project management, purchase proposals, from shopping carts and from webservice, there is no General tab for the document on OIF screen.
