3415556 - Unable to remove "Actual hours worked" times from an employee's time file

You are trying to remove times named "Actual hours worked" from an employee's time file, but the "Remove" button is greyed out.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Time Administration work center.
2. Go to Employees view.
3. Search for the relevant employee.
4. Click Edit.
5. Go to Employee Times tab.
6. Select any line with time "Actual hours worked".
7. The Remove button is greyed out.

These times cannot be removed because they have been booked through Service Confirmations and these documents are already in finished status.

Once the cycle of a document is finished, you cannot remove the times related to it.

This is standard system behavior.
