3415615 - Email's content is updated, but candidates are still receiving the old one - Onboarding

Change Email's subject or content, it is successfully saved. However, candidates are still receiving email with the old content, even the ones which Onboarding process has started after updating it.

Email content was changed/updated only for Default language (or for specific ones, but not all). Email notification will base on candidate's location.

In Email Services > Active templates > open the affected one. Go to Step 3 and check the selected language:

If only the content for Default language is changed, once the respective email is sent to candidate basing on Locale, the changes won't be applied.

How locale is applied?

• If candidate is initiated from "Add New Hire to Onboarding", locale will be selected in this field:

• If candidate is initiated from Recruitment, it will be passed via mapping (configured in Recruit to Hire Data Mapping).
