3415627 - An error is encountered while moving an e-mail using Move Email (Outlook) Activity in SAP Build Process Automation

Symptom

When trying to access or send email in a sub folder an error message such as the below appears appears:

  • Error encountered while moving the e-mail to outlook sub folder '<YourFolder>', the folder could not be found
  • Failed to move email. Error: Not Found Error. The folder has not been identified.
