Symptom

You ordered the Sales Cloud Version 2 system as well as the Service Cloud Version 2 system. You have now received two systems. You would like to have the Sales and Service capabilities in one system.

As per KBA: https://me.sap.com/notes/0003315264 a merge request is processed. Post which users are not able to see Sales or Service work center views and settings.
