3415666 - Cascading picklists with more than 2 levels and candidate search - Recruiting Management

I have a cascading picklist with more than 2 levels of hierarchy setup on Candidate Profile, but when I go to candidate search I cannot filter by all the multiple levels.

1. I have a candidate with a cascading picklist with more than 2 levels setup

3. When I navigate to Candidate Search and try to filter for all the levels, I have no option to do so
   
   *Red is Parent Picklist, Yellow is child Picklist

This is a system planned behavior.

The search filters are added in a "by field basis". This means that each filtering block will only be able to look for that specific field picklist option and its immediate parent option for reference.
Those blocks do not have the capabilities to look for extra layers of hierarchy upwards nor downwards when cascading picklists with more that 2 layers is setup.

Given that this behavior is the planned design, we recommend you bring up your specific scenario and business requirements on the Influence Portal. This will allow our Product Management team to thoroughly analyze your case. If your proposed changes garner enough support from other customers, we could potentially implement new levels of hierarchy in future releases.
