3415671 - Is it possible to pair the first Clock In with the Last Clock Out?

You are using SuccessFactors Time Tracking Clock In Clock Out solution, and would like to pair the first Clock In with the last Clock Out.

SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking – Clock In Clock Out

Consider the below Clock In and Clock Out Time Events for one employee:

• 09:01AM - Clock In
• 09:04AM - Clock In
• 10:14AM - Clock Out
• 03:22PM - Clock Out
• 06:02PM - Clock Out

You would then like to pair the first Clock In (09:01AM) with the last Clock Out (06:02PM).

The requirement to pair the first Clock In with the last Clock Out is currently not supported by SuccessFactors Time Tracking Clock In Clock Out solution. 

As workaround, please consider handle the multiple Clock In / Clock Out by Terminal Vendors or Implementation Partners, so only the required Time Events are sending to SuccessFactors for pairing.

If you would like to enhance the product, and to have this functionality evaluated to be implemented for future releases, please consider submit one enhancement requests as described in KBA 2090228.
