3415701 - Confirm Integration error - Failed (-ERROR: Cannot modify the Learning URL on a currently integrated BizX Company

The error below is seen when customer tries to confirm the integration with BizX:

SuccessFactors Platform to Learning integration: Failed (-ERROR: Cannot modify the Learning URL on a currently integrated BizX Company. BizX Integration must be disabled before this action can occur. LearningIntegration=true, CurrentLearningUrl= https://*-stage.lms.sapsf.com and NewLearningUrl=https://*-stage.lms.sapsf.com requested for CompanyId=* )

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration >
2. Go to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration >
3. Open BIZX in the edit mode >
4. At the bottom of the page, at the section 'Learning Integration Status', click on 'Confirm' >
5. After reloading the page, the error is seen.

A trailing space in the LMS URL in LPA is causing this issue.

If this error is found, please create a ticket to Learning Support team (LOD-SF-LMS-INT) so Operations team can updated the internal configuration by removing the extra space.
