3415707 - Shopping Cart Approver is Unable to View Notes or Attachments in the Approval Task Details

User has created shopping carts with notes or attachments however approver cannot see the attachments during approval. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Home work center
2. Go to Self-Services and Self-Services Overview
3. Select Shopping and Go Shopping (Advanced)
4. Enter mandatory details and add attachments in the Shopping Cart 
5. Now submit for Approval
6. Approver cannot see the attachments which you have added in the Shopping Cart

The Notes and Attachments are hidden fields. 

You can follow the below steps to enable shopping cart approver to see the attachment details:

1. Go to Managing my Area work center.
2. Click on Approvals view.
3. Click on hyperlink stored under Subject column to open the approval task. 
4. Click on 'Start Personalization Mode' in user settings.
5. In the personalization screen, enable the fields 'Unnamed Container' using the check box.
6. Where 1st & 2nd Unnamed Container indicates the notes & attachment.
7. Click on save.

Now approver can see the notes or attachments in the approval screen.
