3415768 - Error In Offline Mode When Selecting A Query "Query "ABC" Is Not Fully Supported, The Result Might Be Wrong."

User is receiving the following error message when going offline mode and selecting a specific query.

Query "ABC" is not fully supported, the result might be wrong.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log into the system with the affected user to reproduce the issue.
2. Sync and go offline.
3. Open the Visits work center, for example.
4. Open any visit with Open status.
5. Go to "Attendees" facet.
6. Click in Add.
7. On the next screen, click on OVS button.
8. Switch to "ABC" query on next screen.
    --> Error message: "Query "ABC" is not fully supported, the result might be wrong"

One possible reason is that the Business Partners of type "Partner" are not supported in offline.

The customer added via flex the parameter SalesAndServicePartnerABCClassificationCode to the OVS screen and saved a custom query ("ABC") with SalesAndServicePartnerABCClassificationCode = B - B-Partner.

As we don't support "Partners" in offline, there is also no OCM mapping for the parameter SalesAndServicePartnerABCClassificationCode, therefore this error message occurs.

There are no plans to support "partners" in offline in the future.
