Symptom

You are receiving the following error when opening the Contact HR tab:

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
    • Employee Central Service Center

Cause

Incorrect configuration of the Bizx_Odata destination in BTP. 

Resolution

To solve this, review the instructions mentioned in the ECSC Guide for the configuration of this section:

Few possibilities that usually cause this are:

  • Wrong Name of the destination (that is case-sensitive)
  • Wrong token service URL
  • Wrong Client Key: In this case, among the logs found in the Console from F12, you will see something similar to 'Unable to verify the signature of the SAML assertion. Please ensure that the assertion has a signature and the key pairs match the client ID.' 
    So, for this error please make sure that the API Key that you are using is the one selected to connect SF with BTP.
