3415883 - Ariba Tasks fail with error "Failure during cloud extraction" due to the wrong endpoint global id in Expert Scheduling Management

Symptom

The Ariba cloud service metrics are grey in the Integration & Exception Monitoring even though the connection has been established successfully in the Cloud Service Management.

The task for the cloud service fails in the Expert Scheduling Management with error:
Read extractor config; LMDB ID: <external service GUID>, category: SAP_ARIBA_CIG_MESSAGE, endpoint global id: <wrong Extended Service ID><network>NNN

SLG1 reports the following errors when setting up the service in Integration & Exception Monitoring:
Error when configuring Cloud Service with ID
Unknown filter ID to delete
