Symptom
The Ariba cloud service metrics are grey in the Integration & Exception Monitoring even though the connection has been established successfully in the Cloud Service Management.
The task for the cloud service fails in the Expert Scheduling Management with error:
Read extractor config; LMDB ID: <external service GUID>, category: SAP_ARIBA_CIG_MESSAGE, endpoint global id: <wrong Extended Service ID><network>NNN
