3416029 - Error: "No Valid Access Token Could Be Determined For User" With ByD Concur Integration

Symptom

User has setup ByD -Concur integration for employee replication, but receives an error message as below:

"Messages (Count: 1)"

"No valid access token could be determined for user ABC."

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Master Data Replication
Go to Replication to Concur work center view
Select the Application Log ID: DEF
Navigate to Results tab and notice the error:

"Messages (Count: 1)"

"No valid access token could be determined for user ABC."

Cause

Incorrect credentials are used while establishing the Concur connection.

Resolution

The Implementation Partner has to set up Concur connections by following the steps given in the SAP help documentation.
